A monitoring resource featuring signs and symptoms of the spotted lanternfly to assist with scouting efforts. This pest is currently under quarantine in southeastern Pennsylvania. Eradication efforts are underway.
Funded through the USDA’s APHIS | Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, the Sentinel Plant Network is a collaboration between the NPDN | National Plant Diagnostic Network and the APGA | American Public Gardens Association. This partnership extends NPDN’s diagnostic and “First Detector” training expertise to the diverse collections and public outreach programs of APGA member gardens across the country.
